Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes—typically, you will receive the same product that is shown in the picture.

However, there can sometimes be slight differences due to:

If exact details matter (color shade, dimensions, included accessories), it’s always a good idea to check the product description or contact the seller for confirmation.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can usually view your sales receipt in one of these places:

  • Email inbox – Check the email you used for the purchase; most stores send a receipt or order confirmation right after checkout.
  • Your account/order history – Log in to the website or app you bought from and go to “My Orders” or “Purchase History.”
  • Mobile app – If you used an app, receipts are often stored under your profile or orders section.
  • In-store – If you purchased in person, you may have received a printed receipt or a digital copy via email/SMS.

 

How can I return an item?

Returns are accepted in-store only.

To complete your return:

  • Bring the item to one of our physical store location
  • Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Present your sales receipt or proof of purchase
  • Visit within the allowed return period which is 3o day

Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange directly at the store.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. However, restocking depends on availability, demand, and supplier timelines, so it cannot always be guaranteed. In some cases, certain items may be discontinued and may not return.

If an item you want is currently out of stock, we recommend:

  • Checking the product page regularly for updates
  • Signing up for “back in stock” notifications (if available)
  • Exploring similar items that may be available
